Oh hi, hello! It’s me Bella. I’ve been asked to write the official Sharp Family Insurance about us page. See I’m a big deal around here…you may have seen me on our Facebook, Instagram, or read my newsletter stories. I’m the Sharp’s black Labrador Retriever and the official agency marketer.
Now, being a brand ambassador is a lot of work, so I don’t have extra time for writing policies. (And let’s face it, these paws weren’t built for typing.) But I’ve been here since I was a puppy in 2020, and I know how this place runs.
Let me tell you what makes use different – and why so many folks in Hot Springs trust us to protect their homes, cars, businesses, and families.
It Started With John & Robyn Sharp (my dad & mom)
They’ve been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Robyn started working in her mom’s agency while still in high school and got licensed when she was 18. John became an Allstate agent after serving in the US Air Force. Their oldest kid, Luke (my “brother”) was hanging out in a playpen in their first office! And my “sister”, Scarlett, eventually did too. We’ve always been a family business.
After leaving the captive agency side (selling insurance for only one company), John & Robyn decided that their next agency had to be independent. They wanted options for our clients. How can you help people save money and get great coverage if you can’t offer more than one company? It doesn’t even make sense!
And that’s how Sharp Family Insurance began in 2018. But let’s skip the boring insurance details…here’s the real stuff you need to know…
John is full of hobbies – he loves fishing, hunting, and perfecting his yard.
Robyn loves learning new technology, reading, and shopping with her daughter and mom.
They both love having family dinners with Luke, Scarlett, and me…of course. Plus taking the camper out to the lake, grilling in the backyard, and cheering for the Hogs!
